Traveled from Toronto to London. Connecting flight to Belgrade was with Air Serbia. They don't have enough room in the plane for all the carry-on baggage, which is a big disadvantage, I had to put my bags underneath my seat. My luggage got lost and it has been a week without any answers. There is a complete lack of interest on their part, to try and find the luggage. They keep repeating the same thing over and over "we put an urgent notice on your luggage and that's the best we can do!" We that's not enough! Being an airline financed by the Arabs, you need to be more diligent! God forbid I ever have to fly with them again, I will kill myself. Completely disappointed with their customer service.
