Horrible!!!!! Sat on the plane for half an hour while they put on an extra 20 people that should not have been on the flight. Then sat for another half hour while they "balanced the luggage". Finally took off and when dinner service came round there was no actual meals available (dinner consisted of a tiny packet of cheese and crackers). Landed in Australia only to be told that balancing the luggage meant leaving it behind because they were now too heavy due to taking on extra customers, and our luggage would be sent over when they can.
