I travelled from Melbourne to Amritsar and had worst experience with customer service, meal. Toilets were messy and one of them was broken and fixed with masking tape. All they severed was very hot (chillies) food.. Rice and vegetables. Cabin crew wouldn't answer your call nor help you.
