I travelled very frequently with Scoot airline to any country that Scoot covered. The last bad experienced I had with scoot team and insurance that I''ve bought [email protected] that is link with Scoot airline was unacceptable response from them regards for 8 hours delayed from Singapore. That my claim was unsuccessful due to that it was not mechanical/ structure defect. I am very disapoointed with Sccot team airline as I am a fan of Scoot and strongly recommend to my family and friends regardless the airline always delayed for 3 hrs. But now, I am not sure to continuing travel with scoot.
