WORST WEBSITE EVER!!!!! Bar None... Very misleading and deceptive. Promoted rates are dishonest. Is extremely slow and often knocks you off before booking is complete. You are tricked into buying services you don't want or need. Declines credit cards for no reason. This is a discount airline and I can understand and accept the overcrowded planes and the minimal seating space because prices are low; but at least have an efficient website that's not designed to screw your customers. I live in Cebu for 6 months every year and fly throughout Asia while there. Cebu Pacific is the worst airline by far to book and one of the worst to fly.
