First Class

KLM had flawless service on many flights in recent years. They care about their passengers. For example, on a recent flight, KLM left 15 minutes late so that late arrival connecting passengers could make the SFO-AMS flight and then, as the pilot reported, chose a 10.5 hour route to land on time at Schipol Airport, Amsterdam. KLM's intercontinental Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service especially good. More airlines should use this lower altitude pressurization, higher humidity, smoother flying plane. Cuts jet lag dramatically.
