American Airlines review by justin 2015-12-01

Five minutes prior to boarding our gate changed due to abother flight departing at the same time deciding they did not want their assigned plane due to a faulty AC unit. We were loaded into the plan with the busted AC before being notified of further delays gaining clearance. The plane is baking and the plane we should have boarded going a marginally farther distance (Iowa instead of columbus from charlotte) already departed. Flying American has been a truly awful experience.
