British Airways review by Marilyn 2016-08-12

The British Airways flight staff were absolutely wonderful! The food was great. The plane, however, was old and the in-flight entertainment sub-par. The sound and video quality of the movies were scratchy and fuzzy. I had to keep adjusting the arm of my chair just to get enough sound to hear the movie. People should be advised to bring their own entertainment.
