AirAsia Thailand review by Bill 2015-08-23

This airline used to be fair, but now when they change the schedule they will not consider offering you a different flight. I travel on them frequently and booked a series of flights at the same time, departing late morning. They changed the schedule 30 minutes earlier which doesn't work for me due to child care arrangements. I tried every avenue of appeal, but they won't offer me a flight 90 minutes later. I have now begun to fly Nok air, which hopefully will be a nicer group of people.
