God forbid anything should change in your life, if you're flying with Alaska. They have no interest in accommodating any sort of change without soaking a "change fee" out of you, which basically is money for them to push a couple buttons. Three weeks out, and with the difference and fees, it's more than the cost of the ticket. A terrible company with no interest in customer service. Avoid them at all costs. EDITORS COMMENT: This is every airline if you are travelling on the cheapest economy ticket with no changes. It wouldn't matter who you flew with, unless you were on a fare that had flexibility and was therefore a lot more expensive to buy at the beginning then you would have encountered a big change fee.
