3/25/2017 We bought 4 tickets to Singapore. We missed our flight because they held our companion at the immigration for so long and as soon as our departure is due we went to the gate and there was a gate reassignment. When we get to the actual gate they informed us that the airplane has left. The departure of the plane was supposed to be at 8:20. We got there at 8:16 but the airplane already left. This is our first time flying cebu pacific but we had the worst experience. If it was at terminal 3 they would have refunded our money or asked us to wait for the next flight. Cebu Pacific has no consideration or sympathy for its customers. We went to the immigration and the officer was even laughing that our plane left us. Afterwards we went to talk to cebu pacific ticketing staff. They we're so rude and just keep insisting that they would not refund our ticket and that there is nothing they can do about our flight and it's forfeited. We may never ever fly cebu pacific ever again. They have the worst customers service and satisfaction. I will let all the people i know to not fly cebu pacific because of our experience.$653 for our flight but all of it is wasted. Cebu pacific is the worst
