Aeromexico review by Alice 2016-09-15

I travel 3-5 times a year, so I've been on a fair share of different airlines. This is my first time flying with Aeromexico, and STAY AWAY. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any airline in my life. They have the rudest people working at the airlines who did not help with anything, and the supervisor even refused to give me her name when I asked for it due to my terrible experience. We missed our flight due to their miscommunication, they lost our luggage, and refused to find me a viable solution. Don't book here. Avoid Aeromexico when possible.
