Hanoi to Phú Qu;c Island on an A320. Check-In was a miserable experience! We tried to check-in at the 'All Flights' counter but were passed to different counters until we got fed up, kicked up a stink and then got sent back to 'All Flights' were the woman refused to check us in until we complained that we had queued at 4 different counters and could she explain why 'All Flights' couldn't check us in. Apparently it was lunch time - go figure! On both flights the air stewards ignored children standing unsecured on plane seats during take-odd and landing. In-flight meal was mediocre and stewards will walk through the aisle quickly so you have to get their attention instead of them asking you if you want anything.
