Delta Air Lines review by Angela 2016-05-24

My flight was from UK to USA via Amsterdam. This was one of the most unsatisfactory flights I've ever traveled on this route. The lavatories were filthy & smelly with wet paper everywhere. I had to hold my breath whilst inside them because the smell of urine made my eyes water. The staff were grumpy and rude the entire flight (except one lovely young lady who I complimented as I was de-planing who was very kind and actually smiled at the passengers she served). Unfortunately I did not get her name. The food was mostly "snack" bags of dry junk food. I sat near the back of the plane so my "hot towel" was ice cold and half dry when I received it, the tea was ice cold and weak, and I was not even given a choice of meal as they had run out of the other option before they got to us. I fell asleep waiting for my final meal and when I asked a staff member with the food trays "may I please have some food?" She said "you want WHAT??" and then rudely handed me an "artisan panini" which was a tiny piece of microwaved bread with 3 small pieces of pepperoni on it. What a joke! I thought I had booked with KLM but I ended up on this horribly disappointing Delta flight that cost £850.
