Delay leaving Perth was ok, due to union disputes, but would have been nice to have a bit more of an update. Service on way to Singapore was good, minor hiccup with ScooTv codes that was sorted out. On way back completely different story. Flight delayed again due to undisclosed "Technical issue", no big deal. ScooTv access codes again an issue. Not sorted priot to take off (on ground, doors open) and finally told it was ground staff's fault 2 hours into the flight. Maybe if you worked that gem out before closing the doors when I asked the first time that would be awesome. Anyway, moving on. Partner was told twice that she couldn't use the toilets in ScootBiz, despite charging us close to $2k for the privilege of flying in ScootBiz. Terrible in-flight service. Not communication or training. Would have been better off flying Singapore Airlines Economy class for $600 less.
