Been to Mexico so many times with different airlines but this has been the worst experience ever with air transat .. I had the worst experience with the cabin crew as I was waiting for 2 hours to get a glass of water after asking so many times and got a bad attitude from the crew. Moreover, when we arrived at the airport we waited for 1.5 hrs for the hotel shuttle which never showed up and had to take a private taki and pay additional 76$ USD to get a ride to the hard rock maya riviera .. I would never recommend this airline to anyone and I would pay extra to avoid this airline..
