Thai Airways International review by Ann 2015-06-10

I tried using Thai Airways on my trip to Hong Kong. I had a very pleasant experience except on my way back to Thailand when I kindly asked one of the cabin crew to give me arrival/ departure card. I was so surprised when she replied with "we already gave it out" so I answered "ah really? I wasn't able to get it", guess what was her reply "It's because you were not paying attention!". Seriously?!!!! I was really taken aback and was speechless! The girl beside me told me that they actually didn't really pass by our row as she also didn't get it BUT even if they did she shouldn't reply the passenger like that. I didn't get the name as I was too occupied with anger towards this rude crew member. I asked another crew , a male at that and he was very accommodating, he even offered me a pen. In my years of travelling around the world, I was never a difficult passenger. I just spend my time either sleeping or watching movies. I never made ridiculous requests and was never a nuisance to other passengers. That crew made me feel embarrassed and bad even when I was already back in my house because I can't believe someone would treat me that way
