Aeromexico review by Ryan 2017-05-11

Areomexico is a joke! I purchased tickets and decided to upgrade to first class. Upon my arrival to the airport 2 and a half hours before my scheduled flight I checked in only to find out that I was charged for the upgrade but not given the seats. I had to argue to get the first leg of my flight upgraded which took 2 hours. So we barley made it through TSA check and were rushed to the gate. I was then told I had to pay again in Mexico City to have the second leg of my trip upgraded. So we went out of the terminal and paid again. I was told to call and I would have the money reimbursed. So now Im home and I called and they tell me they have no number I need to email them to get this figured out. They have the worst customer service of all time !!! DON'T FLY AREOMEXICO
