Flew LIS to RIO. What a total disappointment. An hour late to leave. five hours late on return. IFE did not work on the way back, nine hours of flying with no music to listen to, no TV/ movies. Cabin crew completely indifferent and arrogant. Food was rubbish in both flight, no breakfast served. Cabin was dirty and smells badly on way back. Couldn't wait to get off. Avoid this dreadful airline.
