American Airlines is terrible! Don't book with them no matter how cheap,the fare is. They cancel and delay flights on a whim. We had a family trip scheduled to Hawaii from Cleveland. They denied us our first class seats with no refund, they cancelled flights 2 hours before they were to take off, it was a nightmare. And they have absolutely no remorse, and they offer zero compensation! Fly Delta, it costs a little more, but it is worth it.
