SYD-KUL-SGN HAN-KUL-SYD in Business. I have to say it was very disappointing business class experience. The business class product itself was not that great. It was not full flat bed, uncomfortable cover (not cotton, some sort of silky thing very uncomfortable). AVOD was pretty average and most of TV programs was so dated. Food was okey but nothing special. Drinks are mainly not available from the menu, why bother to have a menu at first place? If you think that is pretty average, well the service is the worst part. Check in in Sydney was not great, staff was not very keen to help you. Cabin crews are the worst, except 2 staff in 4 legs, they all very rude and unprofessional, dont want to help. I feel I was to trouble them rather than they should provide standard service. KUL-SGN HAN-KUL were worse than the long hauls to and from Australia. They did very basic work then sat at back of the business class resting. My luggage was already marked and break through the trip. Ground staff are not helpful either, if you ask questions and they hardly want to answer and sometimes gave you wrong answers. The best part of MH is their first class lounge at KL airport. They are truly professional and very warm and helpful. It was very eventful trip and I have to say this is definitely not a 5 star airline.
