Will never fly with PAL again, that is eight customers they have lost. They separate the family across flights, lose baggage, cannot keep to schedules, and after going through multiple airport baggage checks and scans which we understand then make everyone do it again two hours before boarding at the gate for hand luggage and make us remove cameras, iPads etc for some unknown reason only to barricade us aside so if we want food, drink or toilet we have to ho through this all over again. What stops us coming back to Philippines is PAL because it is just to hard.
