Ryanair review by Mike 2013-08-20

I work in Europe on a regular basis and have flown RyanAir many times because of the price. While the plane is not comfortable and you get nothing except the seat with your ticket price, it is a cheap travel option. However, my last trip will be my last. I tried repeatadly to check in the day before my flight and their webiste would not allow me to complete checkin. The next morning when I arrived at the airport I was charged 70 Euros to checkin. When I appealled this, I was told that I had from 15 days up to 4 hours beforehand to check in the flight and it was somehow my fault that I waited untill 24 hours before my flight to check in! They have lost a customer forever over 70 Euros - this should tell you a little about the sheer stupidity of this airline and their management. Never again will I give another dime to these thieves...
