Delta Air Lines review by L 2016-08-08

I was on flight 127 from AMS to BOS yesterday and I just want to let you know that I found your flight attendants, both the Dutch and the American, the most cheerful bunch I have met. One of them stood out among all. His name was Alex, and he always had a pleasant smile, always announced the meal menu with a flair, and was quick to please each time. The worst part of the flight was the constant strong blowing of overhead vents, aimed at everyone and requested by no one. All the passengers including myself cocooned ourselves up in our available jackets and your flimsy blankets. When I complained about this to one of the cabin attendants, she responded that there was nothing she could do. Not true. Alex quickly shut off two vents blowing towards me and it was instant relief from being chilled for seven-plus hours. I want to say thank you to this gentleman and the rest of the crew for getting me to my destination safely and doing it with a smile on their faces.
