Swiss International Air Lines review by Antoine

I flew regularly from Madrid to Geneva in the last months and I was positively surprised by the quality and the Service of Swiss, when available in these European flights I would clearly prefer Swiss. The only thing I missed on my seat is a plug / USB charger, for everything else I was clearly positively surprised. the details I liked in particular are: - the Staff is very friendly and efficient, the Swiss touch in quality of service. - the snack and chocolate, and especially the detail of the bottle of water even on short flights. - the comfort of the plane - No subcontracting to low-cost airlines, with low-cost terminals. - pricing is fair. - post flight administration and service is very efficient.
