Aer Lingus review by Hannah 2016-08-10

Eight hours in hell from dublin to chicago. Got on flight to find my seat right next to the toilet, four seats in the middle ith toilet either side. It was disgusting and Incould tell you which passengers obviously had diarrhoea given the amount of times they frequented the toilet. We couldn't reserve or pay for seats for unkown reason, even rang about and were told nah. No empty seats to move to. Disgusting that they even have these seats in the first place, obviously trying to squeeze out as much profit as possible. I'm vegan and I've come to expect poor food, the meal was crap like all plane food, but the snack was an absolute joke, everyone else including vegetarians got some kind of sandwich, I was presented wit a cup of dry lettuce and tomato, total joke. Safe to say never flying with aer lingus again and would not recommend. Back to BA for me.
