Taipei to Chennai flight. Got a business class ticket but only from Taipei to KL. That is still fine because they dont have business seats from KL to Chennai and gave me the premium seat but it was very cold near the window and when I asked for a blanket they told me to buy. A business class ticket holder does not get a blanket!!! Then they just informed us one day prior to our return flight that the flight has been rescheduled from morning to evening and we have to wait 10 hours at KL to catch the flight to Taipei. They even offer a full refund but frankly at their prices a refund sounds laughable. At least I know one thing for sure that I am not flying Air Asia again in my life , even if they offer me a free ticket. They say the ticket is cheap but they charge for everything else and I think make more money by fleecing the passengers than the other regular airlines.
