I flew in from Atlanta to Toronto ending in Vancouver (Economy Class)> The US leg of the flight was fine, cramped, noisy, but ok. The Canadian leg was god awful I had the worst inflight care I have ever experienced the steward that was supposed to be there to help us ignored my repeated requests for service walking by the service request light at least 15 times ( no exaggeration) I timed the wait and it took over 40 minutes ( on a 5 hour flight ) for him to acknowledge me. He was hostile and quite obnoxious when I asked for a pillow and then left the light on I tried to speak to him when ordering from the refreshment cart he would not make eye contact or speak to acknowledge my requests. I fly regularly at least 4 times a month, I have never received such obnoxious and dismissive treatment on any airline absolutely the definition bad customer service.
