KLM review by Michael 2016-10-31

KLM used to be my favourite airline flying out of Lagos but the standard of the catering has dropped significantly flying out of Lagos (still good flying to Lagos). The reason is that they now use local catering firms and the standard is not the same any more. This seems to be a cost cutting exercise at the expense of the passenger. I make a plea to KLM to go back to bringing the meals from Amsterdam. Also their frequent flyer programme is not very rewarding. It's not even possible to get a seat with extra legroom on economy using the programme notwithstanding that I fly with them at least once a year. This contrasts with BA which frequently gives me enough useful miles.
