JQ15 Melb to Osaka 14/01/2017. Travelling with a young child, and counter operator in Melb helped out with an extra seat. Great! Couple of issues with us and other parents on Cairns to Osaka leg resolved brilliantly. Crew went out of their way to make the flight amazing. AZRE in particular made it a wonderful experience. He is a credit to your business!!
