Quite efficient and the planes are certainly new, clean and tidy inside. The main problem, as with most low cost airlines, is space. Seat width was actually not much of a problem, but leg room is appalling. Spent the entire flight with knees pressed hard up against the back of the seat in front of me, and no room to move. Not very pleasant, even though it is a sad reflection of the way that the airline industry is moving these days. Lowest common denominator and "go south" economics rule. It's not for me.
