Taipei-Narita-DFW return On outbound flight, had a problem with dirty water (from condensation due temp changes and hot/heavy weather outside) dripping from the join area between the overhead luggage bins near the windows - which left dirty marks on my white pants. Cabin crew went to incredible limits to clean my pants while onboard. Not being totally successful, they gave me a dry cleaning voucher. On return trip a week or so later, when handing my boarding pass to the senior cabin crew at the door of the aeroplane, my name was instantly recognised and I was given an apology (yet again) for the incident on the outbound flight and given special recognition for the entire return trip. Now, that's good management of customer relations - to log a problem and have it followed up on the next flight! So, even though the entertainment wasn't great, there was a hassle getting the extra cleaning done on my pants, and the seats were a bit old, I still feel great about flying Japan Airlines :)
