Economy Class

The worst company to book a flight. I will never loose my money with this company. First you have to pay for everything, including water, have a seat beside you family or have a suitcase with more than 40 pounds even if it is share by your family (3 person in our case). There is nothing to eat. The seats are very very uncomfortable. And finally they are the most irresponsible company you can book a flight. They canceled our return flight with the excuse of the weather. There was not bad weather, but they after hours of delay, cancelled the flight and gives us a two days later flight option with no hotel reservation, or money refund for an amount (for 3 people) that does not covered a price to get a ticket for one person. The only thing positive I can say of my experience is that I returned home not with Spirit.
