Lufthansa review by Sujay 2016-11-25

I travel frequently to Germany for business and I think Lufthansa is one of the worse airline one could decide to travel with . My only choice was to travel with Lufthansa because it was direct flight to Germany and for business most of the time I would prefer direct flight . Most likely I am thinking to switch to some other airline . Other reason not to travel with Lufthansa is this strike they had recently and I was caught in this few time . Because of this strike my flights were cancelled and re-routed and it took me 24hrs before I arrived home . Normally it takes only 15-16 hrs ( including time spent in airport) . The other complain I had about my hand carrying luggage , which normally I carry a laptop in a laptop bag and I small a backpack . From Vancouver I travelled , I didn't have trouble with hand carrying luggage , but when I was returning from Germany , the Lufthansa checking agent in Stuttgart Airport was giving me a really hard time about my laptop bag weight . There were some contents on this bag which I had to remove and discard to reduce the weight .
