thet are cheap, ok, but so are others but staff on the ground and on board seem to see their work place as a place to either fiddle around with their own mobile phones or if they put them aside to shrude away passangers. that they make up their departure times as they go along (flight from Pho Quoc was scheduled for departure at 13.20 but actually left 12.40, we found out by accident) is an other matter. on board staff was rude, we named them the Nazi airline, compared to them even Ryan Air has standards.
