Economy Class

My worst experience ever.. delayed for 3 hours for a flight from Singapore to Sydney on the 19th Dec 2015. Worst still, the departure room service staff (a male Indian) was very impolite and rude in answering my concerns. What happen to the Singapore Airline reputation? If Scoot airline is managed and chosen by SQ, why such poor service?
