American Airlines review by Mark 2015-03-01

Horrible customer service! A "supervisor" at gate A19 in Dallas, TX on February 27 at approximately 11pm was actually arguing with me and told me he wasn't even supposed to be there helping customers who's flights had been cancelled. The Airline's customer service phone number was not accepting calls. I will never fly American Airlines again. Fly Southwest Airlines if you want a competent and respectful experience.
