When the APEC Summit came to Manila Cebu Pacific canceled flights due to the airport closure. However, they didn't remove the canceled flights from their website so people were able to book canceled flights. Their website isn't the best so I was proactive and prebooked my flight from Cebu to Manila (which was later in my trip) when i was in Puerto Princessa airport and had to pay cash because they wouldn't accept creditcard. When I went to take the flight in Cebu they told me they couldn't refund me unless I went back to Puerto Princessa. I was on my way home to Canada so I will never be back to Puerto Princessa. I have emailed Cebu Pacific regarding my refund and I haven't heard anything from them. Terrible customer service, poor website and lack of planning on the airline.
