To who it may concern On check in this morning I was extremely nervous about flying as I am 6ft 6 and really stuggle to fit In small places with my long legs. Thankfully, I was greeted by Tom at the check in desk and he immidetly noticed my height and offered me the exit row seats before I could even ask. This really meant a great deal to me and I can not thank him enough for providing the perfect start to my holiday. Flight number TG474 Brisbane to Bangkok Regards Thomas Collett
