Economy Class

I found myself in difficulty in kuala Lumpur and could not call. I contacted customers service by email who assigned me a number and never called me back ! I was obliged to buy a expensive ticket from another compagnie to return in France. Lufthansa contacted me by email 2 months later !!! And give me in compensation 7000 miles, just enough for buy a micro SD card ! It is a deplorable company . A shame. Real carpet dealers ! I strongly advise against Lufthansa which is absolutely incapable of intervening if you happen to have a problem on your flight schedules or other important request.
