Scoot review by TAN 2015-11-23

Just like to feedback that this was our first time on Scoot from Singapore to Melbourne, dep. -13 Nov & return 21 Nov. WE generally found flight stewardess services very good. As I was not familiar with the on-line booking, we only used less than half of the total weight (i.e. only about 48kgs) to and fro. Prior to our dep. Melbourne, a pre-check on our weighing scale indicate over-weight as the weighing scale used was accidentally set on the unit of pounds instead of kilograms. As such, I had to call to increase my check-in luggage by another 20kgs on 20 Nov and paid S$58/- extra. Appreciate if you could kindly perform a check on your system and WE would be very glad to receive any re-fund as explained above. Have a great & blessed day & weeks ahead. B/Regards Capt. Tan KH
