I booked with cebu pacific online Denpasar to Singapore - singapore to cebu. When I got to the check in at Denpasar, they said there was no record of my booking. After using my phone to call the Philippines ( they didnt have a phone to call customer service) we were put on hold so long, my phone ran out of credit, the whole procedure took over 1 hour. Still no record of my reservation. I was then told the gate had closed so I couldnt take the flight. I then had to buy a new ticket on philippine airlines costing $560 in order to make my Singapore to cebu flight later that night. When I checked at the cebu office in Cebu, they said my reservation was there? Any refund to me for the 2 flights i paid for? No.
