Checked in at 2.51pm because of the very long queue. Flight was at 3.20pm but reached the gate at 3.15pm. I was told that since i checked it already, they cannot put me on the next flight. I was also told i should hv been at the gate at 3pm. I tried reasoning with them that it is impossible to have me reach from the check in counter to the gate in less that 10mins. Already had only one counter of immigration open with a queue also which made it obviously impossible to reach the gate less then 10mins. Despite me trying to explain my situation with hope gor some understanding, I was pushed around to speak to different departments, each officer asking me to check with another department. No mercy shown at all and merciless officers with their rude remarks like this is a low cost airline, if not next time fly premium airlines la. I even agreed to pay half price but no mercy shown at all. How much would you lose just to be reasonable with one passenger? I have been flying my team of volunteers to Penang constantly and we have been accommodating with the flight time changes often and yet you showed no mercy when dealing with my situation. You just lost a total of 12 customers. You suck!
