Business Class

I would recommend this company to simply go out of business and let a professional company to take care of this business, because it is a service that needs to be attended by professionals, not people that are staying too much in the sun, hence the thinking goes baaad. All these happened in regards to a 4 hour flight. 0. flight lisbon -bucharest, 4 hours 1. delay for 105 minutes. instead of take off 10:15 we take off at 12:00 2. stop over in madrid - passenger seek (not their fault) - passenger gets off the plane 3. Wait 1 hour to continue trip. after 1 hour, they come and refuel the plane 4. wait another hour for flight path (or this is what they say) 5. then wait another hour. 6. then they tell us that we have to go back to lisbon 7.wait another hour. (all these hours we were bound in the plane on madrid airport 8. finally we go....here comes the laugh we get to lisbon control tower do NOT give us permision to land for 30 minutes we circle the airport. 9. arriving back in lisbon, the bus driver takes us to a gate, opens gates, we go up the stairs 2 floors, then he comes running saying to go back in the bus because this is the wrong gate !!!!!!!!
