Horrible horrible service. My mother's flight got canceled Tuesday because of a storm in the future "Wednesday." They switched her flight to Friday, didn't give her warning of a canceled flight even though she subscribed for the updates. First they said 1 hour delay. Next thing she knows they tell the passengers it's canceled. She asks why. All they can say is I don't know. She tells the lady at the front desk that she has a court date on a certain day. The lady books her for a flight on the same day as her court date. Unbelievable! She didn't notice until she got back to our apt. in a cab that they did not even comp. Then they tell you that you can manage your reservation online. Turns out we can't try to change hers online. The lady or system probably blocked that option since a res was booked at the counter. Then we call the phone number for domestic flight. 3 hr wait of course. Going on hr # 2 at 2am and I don't think there's anyone really going to answer. Never experienced such disastrous service. UPDATE: Still haven't been able to get Delta on the phone. I'm pretty sure they're ignoring the phone calls. Last night the recording said 3 hr wait so after 2 1/2
