This is the worst airlines experience I have ever encountered. Taking it twice with my first experience from subang to krabi. Return leg was cancelled with no alternative service given and forward compensation. Airlines phone hard to get through. Operators say they will get back to your enquiry but out of 3 times they didn't get back once. Second experience, sitting here now in Bangkok. Just received my 5th retimed flight. OD523 bkk-kl. can you imagine how frustrating this is. Sitting here getting tour flight retimed at least 5 times for this return leg. I will strongly urge all passengers to reconsider taking this airline as it might be cost effective but definitely not customer friendly. I have personally given up on this airline and have sworn not to ever take it again. I rather pay more and get the customer service and responsibility I am entitled to.
