Korean Air review by Jason 2015-09-23

I've had a return flight from AMS to ICN and as usual, both flights were pleasant as it gets, even though there are some critical points to be made. Good things: flight attendants were very professional and pro-active. The seat was comfortable and roomy compared to other airliners (Economy). The food was also very nice. And the personal entertainment system was very good. Things to improve: My impression was that the duty free shopping is on top of their to-do list. We had a flight with severe turbulence which forced captain to let the passengers and FA take their seat and buckle. But the FA just kept on with selling the stuff while passengers were refused to go to the bathroom for almost an hour.
