PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS AIRLINE, they should be out of business. My sister and I had the worse experience with this airline. No one ever answers the phone. Tried to call several times with no answer after 50 minutes! Finally got someone after holding for an hour and a half only to hear that I need to file a claim online and someone would give me a decision in 8 weeks?!! Is this a joke? Even a bigger nightmare is no one at the airport actually works for this airline. That's right, it is a third party airline meaning the people at the airport don't give a crap. We had a short 4 day flight to Paris which the airline overbooked by 45 seats! They didn't seem to think it was a big deal and just gave us a printed form with a link that was over 50 characters long, to possibly get 1/4 of the fair refunded; They didn't even have the decency to email it. Then you do a confusing lengthy submission that requires a receipt and has no info as to when you would hear of the outcome. Then they rudely said they would book us on the flight next day with no issue knowing we had a 2LB chihuahua traveling with us who was a service animal with medical travel papers that were all up to date. The next day they let us go all the way to the boarding gate only to have several workers cancel our flight minutes before saying that only service animals are allowed and we need a stamped vet letter per Norwegian rules. Then we didn't, then we needed something else, the rules just kept on changing...Huh?! They could care less we had paid for a hotel in Paris and had our mom there waiting who of course had no issues on Delta Air France. Horrible horrible evil heartless people just like the airline they represent. They were so rude to us, I have never experienced something like it. Let me tell you that they didn't care at all what the rules where and didn't seem to even know what they were themselves. They wouldn't tell us when or if there is another flight and said yes, we could be holding for hours trying to reach someone so best of luck. Karma isn't too far away for them but it didn't help that I lost the money on the other flight back and a family trip was ruined over a tiny rat dog that was never going to leave my sling. The cherry on top was that Norwegian wasn't going to do anything about it since it was the second booking change! Are you kidding me, when they were the reason for the first booking change! I felt like a was in a crazy house surrounded by incompetent clowns.
