Delta Air Lines review by kavya 2016-11-16

I recently travelled from jfk to cdg and then cdg to del with Delta. Date 10 nov 2016. Highlight: warm cabin staff, best so far i have seen while travelling with an infant. I have travelled in so called five star airlines and the german giants, and lot of south east asian operators in the past. I was a bit nervous about chosing Delta this time, as i had not read many pleasing reviews. DELTA surprised me. Cant pick a wrong move by them in my entire journey. Except for a minor instance, where i had to deal with not so helpful ground staff at the check in counter at jfk. But the exceptionally courteous cabin crew, makes me forget. Lets get to the point. My bad that i dint converse well enough with the cabin crew, that i could not remember their names. I would liked to write a few words of appreciation, naming each of them. The ladies and the gentlemen were top notch in haandling the passengers in long haul flights. I could remember a lady passenger facing some medical condition, probably a heart burn, just before the take off. The take off had to be delayed by a few minutes. I did not see a single frown on the face of cabin crew. EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for sharing your great experience with Delta. We actually just named them Americas best long haul airline.
