Ukraine International review by ira 2016-06-03

I was very dissapointed with the Ukrainian Airlines! I bought a ticket from Frankfurt am Main to Kiev and back online, as i used to do all the time, and never had any problems. However this time they changed the tarifs for the baggage, for which i had to pay 700 Grivnas. For 16 kg -700 Grivnas! For the moment i was buying my tickets there were no these novations, as well as during my stay in Ukraine i never got any e mail about the changes! On the way to kiew, i was not requested to pay any fee, i had to pay only on the way back! They dont care and dont value their customers, which is such a pity!
